- Can you work in an OT environment?
- Yes. We respect the constraints. OT network segmentation stays intact. Data flows across a boundary designed with the plant engineering team, not around it.
- Do you do SCADA or PLC programming?
- Not directly. We partner with specialist OT firms for the controls work and focus on the data and analytics layer above it.
- What about brownfield S/4 migrations?
- Yes. Brownfield conversion, selective data transition, or full greenfield depending on ECC state and business drivers. We assess before recommending.
- How do you handle plant-by-plant rollouts?
- Waves. Pilot plant first. Lessons captured. Template refined. Subsequent plants ride the template with local configuration.
