Quality Engineering. Tests that earn their keep.
Test automation, performance engineering, and release discipline. We stand up the quality programs that cut release cycle time and keep your team shipping confidently.
What we build.
-
Test automation strategy
The pyramid that fits your system. Unit, integration, contract, end-to-end. We pick coverage targets by risk, not by ceremony.
-
UI and API automation
Playwright, Cypress, Postman, and k6. Stable suites that run fast and flake rarely. Failures that point at the bug, not the test.
-
Performance engineering
Load, stress, soak, and spike testing tied to real user behavior. SLO design and performance budget enforcement in CI.
-
Release engineering
Branching, CI, CD, feature flags, canary deploys. The release discipline that makes shipping daily feel normal.
-
Test data and environments
Sensible test data. Environments that match production close enough to trust. Provisioning automated instead of tribal.
-
Quality rescue
Inherited a flaky test suite or a stalled release? We audit, stabilize, and hand back a working pipeline. Usually retire half of what we inherit.

- Fixed scope
Questions we get.
- Is this QA as a service?
- No. We build the suite, the pipeline, and the discipline. Your team runs it. We can coach them through the first quarter if that helps.
- How do you handle flaky tests?
- The flaky-test rate is a release metric. Tests that flake above threshold are quarantined and fixed, not retried. Policy enforced in CI.
- Do you do accessibility testing?
- Yes. Automated axe and Pa11y integration in CI, with manual screen-reader testing for critical flows before launch.
- What about performance testing in production?
- Synthetic monitoring, real-user measurement, and SLO tracking in your observability stack. Performance budget failures block the release.
- Can you work alongside an existing QA team?
- Yes. Often that is the engagement. Our lead works with your QA lead to modernize the practice without disrupting the release train.
