Staff Augmentation. Specialists in two to three weeks.
Individual specialists on contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement. Data engineers, cloud architects, ML specialists, DevOps leads, analytics engineers, Salesforce architects, and more. Placements in 2 to 3 weeks.
Ways we place.
-
Contract
W-2 or 1099 specialists embedded in your team. Minimum 3 months. Extended as long as the need exists.
-
Contract-to-hire
Start on contract, convert to FTE at an agreed point. Low-risk path to hiring hard-to-evaluate specialists.
-
Direct placement
Full-time hires sourced and screened. We handle the top of the funnel through shortlist.
-
Offshore and nearshore
US-based leads paired with offshore or nearshore delivery. Blended teams that match your budget.
-

Questions we get.
- How do you screen candidates?
- Three-step screen. Technical deep dive with a practitioner, code or config exercise, and a behavioral interview. Most candidates fail one of them before you see them.
- What happens if the fit is wrong?
- Replacement at our cost within the first two weeks. Full details in the statement of work.
- Do you support offshore teams?
- Yes. India, LATAM, Eastern Europe. Most placements are blended with a US-based lead.
- Is there a non-compete?
- Standard short-term non-compete during placement. Convert-to-hire path after 6 months with a standard conversion fee.
- What about payroll and compliance?
- We handle W-2 and 1099 payroll, benefits, and state-level compliance. You get an invoice, not a headcount headache.
