Integration Platform Operations. The plumbing, quiet.

Operations for the integration layer. iPaaS platforms, API gateways, event buses, and ETL. We run MuleSoft, Boomi, Kong, Kafka, Azure Logic Apps, and the rest of the plumbing that moves data between your systems.

What we do

What is included.

  • iPaaS operations

MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Azure Logic Apps kept healthy. Flow monitoring, error reprocessing, and version upgrades handled on schedule.

  • API gateway operations

Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Management. Rate limiting, auth, and quota management with the usage analytics your product team asks for.

  • Event bus operations

Kafka, Event Hubs, Pub/Sub, or SNS/SQS. Broker hygiene, consumer lag monitoring, schema registry, and the dead-letter handling nobody else wants to own.

  • ETL and batch operations

Informatica, SSIS, Airflow, or Dagster jobs operated with the same discipline as real-time flows. Retries, alerts, and the honest report when something failed.

  • Integration security

Credential rotation, secret management, TLS enforcement, and the audit logs the security team expects. OAuth flows monitored.

  • Change management

Deployment pipelines for integrations. Environment promotion. Contract tests that catch breaking changes before they reach production.

FAQ

Questions we get.

Can you operate platforms you did not build?
Yes. Two-week onboarding audit first. Output is a runbook, a monitoring baseline, and a ranked list of tech-debt items worth fixing.
What happens when an upstream API breaks the integration?
Alerts fire before downstream consumers notice. We work the incident and the recovery. Permanent fix proposed and shipped on the next release cycle.
Do you do integration development too?
Yes, as part of the retainer or as a separate project engagement. Most ongoing work lives inside the retainer.
How do you handle version upgrades?
Planned quarterly, tested in non-production, cut over with rollback. Communicated to every owner of a flow that touches the change.
What about observability?
Flow telemetry piped into whatever you already use. Datadog, Splunk, or the platform's native tooling. Dashboards we can read at 3 AM.
