Offshore Development Centers. A persistent team, purpose-built.

A dedicated offshore or nearshore team that belongs to your roadmap. Built for long-horizon work that benefits from a persistent group of engineers rather than rotating squads. US-based tech lead, engineers across time zones, one team over years.

What we do

What is included.

  • Dedicated team construction

Team sized to your roadmap and built over four to eight weeks. Interviewed and chosen by you. Badges stay ours, loyalty sits with your product.

  • US-based leadership layer

Tech lead, engineering manager, or both based in your time zone. Present in your standups, your design reviews, and your 1:1s.

  • Global delivery footprint

India, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, or Vietnam depending on the skills and cost targets. Time zone coverage chosen for your workflow.

  • Scaling and reshaping

Scale the team up or down with a quarter's notice. Reshape skill mix as the roadmap changes. Not a fixed-price rigid contract.

  • Governance and reporting

Weekly delivery review, monthly business review, quarterly strategy check. Metrics your CFO and your CTO both read.

  • Knowledge retention

Long-tenured engineers retain context others rebuild every quarter. The economic argument for a dedicated team lives here.

FAQ

Questions we get.

How is this different from dedicated squads?
Scale and horizon. Squads are 3 to 7 people committed by the quarter. ODCs are 8 to 50 people committed by the year. Long-tenured engineers, not rotating ones.
Do we interview the team?
Yes. Every engineer is interviewed by your team before placement. Replacement at our cost if someone does not fit within the first month.
Where do the engineers sit?
India, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, or Vietnam. Chosen for the skill mix and cost target. We run delivery presence in each location, not contract arrangements.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code pushed to your repos. Environments in your accounts. No vendor lock-in.
How do you handle attrition?
Dedicated engineers sign on for a minimum term. Attrition tracked as a program metric. Replacement process rehearsed so it is not a scramble when someone leaves.
