- Do you customize the curriculum?
- Always. We use your data, your stack, and your actual ticket backlog. Training that does not touch the work loses the room.
- What do participants walk away with?
- Working artifacts. A dbt project, a Terraform stack, an evaluation harness. Not slides.
- How do you measure success?
- Pre and post skill assessments. 30-day and 90-day follow-up with managers. Not net promoter score from the class itself.
- Can you train at scale?
- Yes. Largest cohort to date is 60 people across three cities. For more than 20 in a single cohort we split the group.
- Do you do certification prep?
- Where certifications matter. Salesforce Admin, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, and a few others. Not as an end in itself.
