Data & Analytics. Data that earns its keep.

Modern data platforms from ingestion to decision. We build warehouses and lakehouses, design the semantic layer, stand up self-serve analytics, and ship executive reporting that the board will actually read.

What we do

What we build.

Six pieces that show up in almost every engagement. Pick the ones that fit your stage.

  • Warehouse or lakehouse build

A fit-for-purpose data store. Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift. Schema designed around the questions you actually ask.

  • Semantic layer

Metrics defined once and reused everywhere. dbt or LookML. No more three versions of revenue.

  • Self-serve analytics

A BI layer a product manager can use without opening a ticket. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase. Governance built in.

  • Executive reporting

The one dashboard the board reads. Short, honest, and refreshed on a cadence that matches how decisions get made.

  • Pipeline observability

Alerts that fire before a dashboard breaks. Freshness, volume, schema, and lineage monitoring.

  • Data governance

Catalog, access, and lineage. The kind that survives the person who set it up.

FAQ

Questions we get.

How is this different from a generic BI consultancy?
We build the platform end to end, not just the dashboard layer. If the warehouse design is wrong, no amount of Tableau polish fixes the answers it returns.
We already have Snowflake. Can you still help?
Yes. Most engagements start on a stack the client already chose. We take it from wherever it is and move it to where you need it.
Do you do data migration too?
Yes. Migration from on-prem warehouses, SQL Server, Oracle, and ECC source systems is a common part of the build.
What happens after you hand it over?
You get runbooks, training, and an optional managed-services extension for day-two operations. No lock-in. See /managed-services/data-platform-operations/.
What shape of engagement do you typically run?
Fixed-scope projects between 8 and 12 weeks, with a team of 3 to 6. Engagements are sized around the work, not the client's headcount. If the scope fits, the engagement fits.
