Questions we get.
- Which cloud do you recommend?
- The one that fits your stack and team. AWS is common, Azure works well where Microsoft licensing already exists, GCP is strong for data workloads. We do not push a preferred vendor.
- Can we keep some workloads on-prem?
- Yes. Hybrid architectures are normal. We design for where the workload actually belongs, not for a full-cloud headline.
- How do you handle production cutovers?
- Wave-based migration with pilots first. Cutover windows agreed in writing. Rollback tested before the move. We run the bridge call.
- Do you stay for day-two operations?
- Optional. See /managed-services/cloud-operations/ for the managed-services extension.
- What about FinOps for platforms we already have?
- We run a stand-alone FinOps engagement in 4 to 6 weeks. Typical outcome is a 15 to 30 percent cost reduction with a tracked optimization backlog.
