RPA. Automation where it earns its keep.

Robotic process automation scoped for ROI. We measure hours returned, not bots deployed. UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, picked for where your team already is.

What we do

What we build.

  • Process discovery

Shortlist of automation candidates ranked by hours saved, complexity, and fragility. Backed by process mining where the data supports it.

  • Automation design

Target-state design for each shortlisted process. Exception handling and human-in-the-loop steps baked in.

  • Bot build and test

Attended, unattended, or hybrid. Full regression suite so the bot does not break the first time the source system adds a button.

  • Center of Excellence

Governance, templates, reusable components, and a review gate so teams across the business can build without creating hidden debt.

  • Monitoring and SLAs

Runtime dashboards, alerts, and response runbooks. Bots are production software.

  • Optimization

Retrospective reviews to retire, refactor, or replace bots that are not pulling their weight.

FAQ

Questions we get.

When is RPA the wrong answer?
When an API exists. When the upstream system will change in the next quarter. When the process is inconsistent enough that exceptions outnumber the happy path. We will say so.
How do you decide which processes to automate?
Hours saved, stability of the source system, complexity, and audit exposure. We prefer a small number of high-value bots over many small ones.
What about AI inside RPA?
Where it adds value. Document understanding, classification, or routing can lift a bot from a rule engine to a real intake layer. Only where the accuracy bar can be met.
Who runs the bots after you leave?
Your team, or us under managed services. Runbooks and monitoring come with every build.
Do you rescue existing bot portfolios?
Yes. Audit, rationalize, fix, and often retire a third of what is there. Outcome is usually a healthier smaller portfolio.
