Application Support. Salesforce and SAP, kept current.
Salesforce, SAP, and custom applications kept current, configured, and performing. Admin coverage, release management, L2 and L3 support. Practitioners who can also write the integration that the ticket is about.
What is included.
-
Admin coverage
Daily admin tasks for Salesforce, SAP, and custom apps. User provisioning, data cleanup, and the small requests that never stop.
-
L2 and L3 support
Practitioner response, not ticket routing. Bugs triaged, fixed, and deployed. Root-cause analysis on recurring issues.
-
Release management
Sandbox refreshes, regression testing, and deployments on the cadence your business runs. Release notes your users can actually read.
-
Integration monitoring
The handoffs between systems where problems actually happen. Watched continuously, fixed proactively.
-
User management
Role changes, permission audits, and the quarterly access review finance or security teams ask for.
-
Roadmap input
Ticket patterns turned into a prioritized backlog. A monthly conversation with your product owner about what to build next.

Questions we get.
- Is this a ticket queue or a retainer?
- Retainer. A dedicated pod with a named lead. We work inside your ITSM tool of choice but the service is not measured in tickets closed.
- What about hypercare after go-live?
- Yes. Hypercare typically runs 4 to 8 weeks post-go-live. It can continue into a long-term managed arrangement or hand off to your team.
- Do you handle Salesforce admin-only work?
- Yes. Smaller orgs sometimes only need admin coverage. We scope that separately at a lower monthly cost.
- Can you cover both Salesforce and SAP?
- Yes. One team with practitioners on both sides. Integration problems stop being finger-pointing exercises.
- What if we want to modernize underneath support?
- The managed arrangement can run alongside a project engagement. Often the project team and support pod share leadership to keep context.
