Product Engineering. Custom software, shipped.
Custom software builds where off-the-shelf does not fit. Web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and internal platforms. Designed, built, tested, shipped with a calendar your business can plan around.
What we build.
-
Web applications
React, Next.js, Remix, or Vue. Rendered server-side where it matters, static where it helps, interactive where it has to be. Accessibility built in from the first component.
-
Mobile apps
iOS, Android, or cross-platform with React Native or Flutter. Picked for your team's future maintenance plan, not the framework trend of the quarter.
-
APIs and backends
REST or GraphQL, TypeScript, Go, or Python. Observability, rate limiting, and docs treated as part of the product. Contracts versioned and tested.
-
Internal tools
The tools your team needs. Built to match the process, not the other way around. Retool and Appsmith where they fit, custom where they do not.
-
Platform engineering
Internal developer platforms that let your team ship. CI, CD, preview environments, paved paths. Golden-path templates that mean something.
-
Design partnership
UX research, product design, and prototyping wired into the same team that ships. Not a handoff over the wall.

Engagement shape.
- 10 to 16 weeks
- 4 to 8 people
- Shipping product + docs
- Fixed scope
Questions we get.
- Will your team stay on after launch?
- Optional. Most engagements end with a handover to your team, documentation, and a two-week period of embedded support. Continued development can move to a dedicated squad arrangement.
- Do you write tests?
- Unit tests for logic, integration tests for critical paths, end-to-end for the happy paths. Coverage reported with every release. The test suite is part of the deliverable.
- What about accessibility?
- WCAG 2.1 AA baseline. Audited before launch. Accessibility work is not a separate phase.
- Can you rescue a project that is stuck?
- Yes. Rescue engagements start with a 2-week audit, an honest report on what to keep and what to rebuild, and a plan your leadership can sign.
- How do you handle design?
- Design and engineering sit in one team. Research and prototyping shape the scope before code starts. Design system baked in so the product does not drift visually after launch.
